Tasting Notes

Spice-forward, silky, unmistakably Gayo.

Expect notes of warm spice, white grape, and vanilla, wrapped in a velvet body with a long, floral finish. Medium acidity keeps the cup bright and inviting — equally at home in espresso and pour-over.
